Description

The present study aims to analyze the level of job satisfaction among private school employees and identify the factors influencing their overall satisfaction in the workplace. The study focuses on understanding employees perceptions regarding work environment, salary, career growth, workload, leadership support, recognition, and work-life balance. A descriptive research design was adopted for the study. Primary data were collected from 150 private school employees using a structured questionnaire through the convenience sampling technique.
